Speak the way
the room speaks

MeetNotes transcribes meetings without asking which language they are in, including meetings that switch language mid-sentence, and writes the minutes in the language you choose: any of 110. It is strongest in widely spoken languages and in the major Indian languages, where most MeetNotes meetings are actually recorded.

FAQ

Common questions

How many languages does MeetNotes support?

The minutes can be written in any of 110 languages. Transcription is strongest in widely spoken languages; for a less widely spoken language, try a short recording first. That is what the free minutes are for.

Do I have to choose the meeting language before recording?

No. MeetNotes works out what the room is speaking, including sentences that switch language partway through.

Can the minutes be in a different language from the meeting?

Yes. The meeting language and the minutes language are independent, so a Hinglish meeting can produce English minutes, or a Portuguese meeting Spanish ones.

What does "in English letters" mean?

Many people type Indian languages in Latin letters, like "kaam ho gaya". For Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia, Urdu, the minutes can be written that way instead of in native script.

Which Indian languages work best?

Hindi, Hinglish, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Urdu, Tamil, and meetings that mix any of them with English.
