Your meetings,
inside Claude.
Connect once. Then ask Claude what was decided, who owns the next step, or to get the minutes as a PDF — using the meetings in your MeetNotes account.
Connect MeetNotes to Claude
- Open Claude connector settings. Tap +, then Add custom connector.
- Name it MeetNotes. Paste this into the Remote MCP server URL field:
Leave the detected sign-in settings as they are.https://getmeetnotes.com/mcp - Add the connector, then connect and sign in with the same email you use for MeetNotes. Approve access.
That’s it. In Claude, ask: “Use MeetNotes to find the decisions from my last meeting.”
If Claude doesn’t see your meetings, enable MeetNotes under + → Connectors in the chat. Free accounts can have one custom connector; on a team account, an owner may need to add it first.
Try these in your next chat
- “Use MeetNotes to find what we decided about delivery last week.”
- “Show the open action items from my last meeting, with owners and due dates.”
- “Get a Word copy of the minutes from my site visit.”
Record in the MeetNotes phone or desktop app and let processing finish. Your connected assistant can then find the meeting. You can also give Claude a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams link and ask it to send the MeetNotes Notetaker.
Your account, your permission
Sign-in gives Claude access to meetings your account can open, including shared workspace meetings. Clinical-format meetings are excluded. It can search, read transcripts, list tasks and create private exports. Sending the notetaker or importing audio through a supported client spends your MeetNotes minutes.
It cannot delete meetings, buy plans or change your balance. Disconnect in Claude’s connector settings to stop further access. Text already returned to a chat stays in that chat.
