Connect MeetNotes to ChatGPT

Open the MeetNotes app in ChatGPT, or search MeetNotes in ChatGPT’s apps.
Click Connect. A MeetNotes page opens: sign in with the same email you use for MeetNotes and approve access.

That’s it. In ChatGPT, ask: “Use MeetNotes to find the decisions from my last meeting.”

Connect MeetNotes to Claude

Open Claude connector settings. Tap +, then Add custom connector.
Name it MeetNotes. Paste this into the Remote MCP server URL field:
https://getmeetnotes.com/mcp
Leave the detected sign-in settings as they are.
Add the connector, then connect and sign in with the same email you use for MeetNotes. Approve access.

That’s it. In Claude, ask: “Use MeetNotes to find the decisions from my last meeting.”

If Claude doesn’t see your meetings, enable MeetNotes under + → Connectors in the chat. Free accounts can have one custom connector; on a team account, an owner may need to add it first.

Connect MeetNotes to Grok Bot

In Grok Bot you add MeetNotes by asking for it in the chat. There is no menu to look for.

In a Grok Bot chat, type:
Add a custom MCP server called MeetNotes at https://getmeetnotes.com/mcp
Keep the word custom, or Grok Bot may add a different plugin from its own list.
Click Add it, then Authorize on the card that appears.
A MeetNotes page opens. Sign in with the same email you use for MeetNotes and click Allow.

To check, open Settings → Plugins → Yours: MeetNotes is listed there. Then ask: “Use MeetNotes to list the open to-dos from this week’s meetings.”

Grok on grok.com

On grok.com, open Connectors, then New Connector, then Custom.
Paste this URL:

Sign in with the same email you use for MeetNotes and click Allow.

Connect MeetNotes to VoiceOS

VoiceOS is a voice assistant for your computer. Connect MeetNotes once and ask about your meetings out loud.

In VoiceOS, open Integrations, then the Custom tab, then Build anything.
Paste this URL in the box:

VoiceOS adds it as a custom MCP server straight away. Paste the URL itself, not a description, so VoiceOS connects to MeetNotes rather than building something new.
When a MeetNotes page opens, sign in with the same email you use for MeetNotes and click Allow.

Then ask: “What did we decide in my last meeting?”, “Send me the minutes of yesterday’s call as a PDF” or “Get me the audio of my last meeting.” The PDF, Word file or recording comes back as a private download link that works for one hour.

Record in the MeetNotes app and let processing finish. Your connected assistant can then find the meeting. You can also give ChatGPT, Claude or Grok Bot a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams link and ask it to send the MeetNotes Notetaker.

Your account, your permission

Sign-in gives the assistant access to meetings your account can open, including shared workspace meetings. Clinical-format meetings are excluded. It can search, read transcripts, list tasks and create private exports, including a download link to the original recording of a meeting you recorded yourself. Sending the notetaker or importing audio through a supported client spends your MeetNotes minutes.

It cannot delete meetings, buy plans or change your balance. Disconnect in the assistant’s settings to stop further access. Text already returned to a chat stays in that chat.
