MeetNotes (by Samsonice Labs) stores your meeting recordings, their transcripts/minutes/PDFs, and an anonymous device ID that ties them to your device. If you chose to sign in, it also stores your email address (and name, if Apple or Google shared it).
Swipe or open any meeting and tap Delete. This permanently removes its recording, transcript, minutes and PDF from our servers immediately. There is no retention period — deleted means deleted.
If you signed in: open Settings → your profile → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, email address, and every meeting, recording, transcript, minutes document and usage record attached to it — immediately, from our servers.
Email aabhas.agarwal@gmail.com with the subject "MeetNotes data deletion" from any address. So we can find your anonymous account, open the app → Stats and mention the plan shown, or simply delete your meetings in-app first and ask us to remove the anonymous account record. All data — recordings, transcripts, minutes, PDFs, usage counters and the device ID — is removed within 7 days.
Deleted: every recording, transcript, summary, PDF, task list, usage history, the anonymous device ID, and — if you signed in — your email address and account. Kept: nothing. Subscription billing records live with Google Play / Apple, not with us, and follow their retention rules.
