Why Indian meetings need a different tool

Most meetings have no call

Client visits, dealer meets, site walkthroughs, society committees. Tools that only join Zoom calls see none of them. MeetNotes starts with a phone on the table.

Code-switching is normal

Hindi into English into Marathi, mid-sentence. There is no language to pick before recording, so no half of the conversation gets dropped.

Read it in the script you type

Minutes can be written in English letters for 11 Indian languages (Hinglish is one of them), as well as in native script or English.

WhatsApp is the distribution list

The MoM leaves as a PDF or Word file in the chat where the team already is. Recipients need no app and no login.

In our own numbers

What people actually record

By number of meetings recorded on MeetNotes, Hindi is the most-used language, ahead of English, with Gujarati third. Most real meetings on MeetNotes are not in English at all. That is why mixed-language accuracy is the thing we test, and publish: in our first blind head-to-head, a real Hinglish technical meeting, MeetNotes scored 8.7–9.2 against Fireflies' 4.7–5.2.

FAQ

Common questions

Which AI meeting notes app works with Hindi meetings?

MeetNotes transcribes Hindi and Hinglish meetings with speaker names and writes minutes in Hindi (Devanagari), Hinglish (Hindi in English letters) or English.

Does MeetNotes support Indian languages other than Hindi?

Yes, including Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi and Urdu, and meetings that mix them with English.

Is MeetNotes an Indian company?

Yes. MeetNotes is made in India by Ultragames Entertainment Private Limited, and is available worldwide on the App Store and Google Play.

Can I pay in rupees?

Yes. Minute packs can be bought in rupees on the website, and in-app plans are charged by Apple or Google in your local currency.

What is the best way to create MoM from an in-person meeting?

Record the meeting on a phone with the participants' consent, then generate the minutes from the recording, and check the decisions and action items before circulating. MeetNotes does the transcription and the write-up.

Is my meeting data kept private?

Meetings are private to the account that recorded them, encrypted in transit and at rest, and can be deleted permanently from the app at any time. See the security page for the details.
