MeetNotes, connected
to the apps you use
Record the meeting once. Then ask an AI assistant about it, get the minutes in WhatsApp, Slack or Notion, or send the notetaker to your next call. Every connection uses the same MeetNotes account.
Ask AI assistants about your meetings
Connect once, then ask in your own words. The assistant can only see the meetings your MeetNotes account can open.
Get your minutes where you already work
Send a recording from a chat, or have the minutes of every meeting arrive in the app your team uses.
Send a recording or a voice note to MeetNotes on WhatsApp (+91 80 3145 2999). The notes come back in the same chat.
How it works →Telegram
Send a voice note or a recording to @GetMeetNotesBot. The summary and to-dos come back in the same chat.
How it works →Slack
The minutes of every meeting arrive as a Slack message. Share them to a channel in one tap.
How it works →Notion
Every meeting is saved as a page in your Notion, with its to-dos in a list you can tick off.
How it works →Record from anywhere
However the meeting happens, it ends up in the same place: one MeetNotes account, on your phone and on the web.
Zoom, Google Meet and Teams
Paste the call link in the app. The MeetNotes Notetaker joins the call, records it, and the minutes arrive when the call ends.
How it works →Calendar invite
Add notes@getmeetnotes.com to a meeting invite you organise, and the notetaker joins at the start time.
How it works →Apple Watch
Record a meeting from your wrist, or use the watch as a remote for the recording on your iPhone.
How it works →Mac
MeetNotes for Mac records the room through the Mac’s microphone. Same account as your phone.

You choose what to connect, one at a time. Nothing goes to other people unless you share it. To connect one, follow the link on its card above, or open the MeetNotes app.
Common questions
What can I connect MeetNotes to?
ChatGPT and Claude, to ask about your meetings; WhatsApp and Telegram, to send a recording from a chat; Slack and Notion, to get the minutes where you work; and the MeetNotes Notetaker for Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls. You can also record on an Apple Watch or a Mac.
Do I need a separate account for each one?
No. Every connection uses your one MeetNotes account, so your meetings and to-dos are the same everywhere: in the app, on the web, and in the apps you connect.
