MeetNotes records your in-person meetings and turns them into a speaker-by-speaker transcript, a summary, decisions, action items, and a shareable PDF.
How to use it
- Put the phone on the table and tap Record meeting.
- Tap Finish when the meeting ends — the recording uploads and processing starts.
- In a minute or two the meeting turns into minutes: Summary and Transcript tabs, plus a PDF you can share.
- In the Transcript tab, tap a speaker name (e.g. "Speaker 1") to rename them everywhere, including the PDF.
Common questions
My recording didn't upload. It is kept safely on your phone — it appears at the top of the list; tap it to upload when you're back online.
Processing failed. Tap the meeting to retry — the recording is never lost.
It says the recording was silent, but people were talking. On Android, a phone or WhatsApp call in progress takes the microphone away from every other app, so MeetNotes receives pure silence for as long as the call lasts. End the call first, then record — and if the meeting is a call, put it on speaker and record from a second phone, or invite the online notetaker instead. A recording that is silent from start to finish is never charged.
The app closed while I was recording. The recording is kept on the phone in the pieces already saved. Open MeetNotes and it appears at the top of the list — tap it to upload. Keeping the app on screen (not swiped away) is the safest way to record a long meeting.
How do I delete a meeting? Long-press it in the list. This permanently removes it from our servers too.
Can I see my meetings on a computer? Yes. Go to getmeetnotes.com/app and sign in with the same email you use in the app. You can read, search, export and share from there.
I bought minutes and they haven't appeared. Open Settings in the app and pull to refresh, or sign in on the web — purchases follow the account, not the device.
