AI note taker

An AI note taker
for the meetings
that aren't on Zoom

MeetNotes is an AI note taker for in-person and online meetings. On a phone it records the room, with no bot and no hardware. For a Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams call it sends a notetaker, or records through the Mac and Windows app with nothing joining the call. Every meeting comes back as a speaker-labelled transcript plus minutes: summary, decisions and action items with owners, as PDF or Word.

What you get back

Notes you can send, not just a transcript

Transcript with speaker names

Who said what, with timestamps. You confirm names once; voices you have named are recognised in later meetings.

Minutes of meeting

Summary, key takeaways, decisions, and action items carrying an owner, plus a due date when one was said.

PDF and Word

Share on WhatsApp or email. The people you send it to need no account and no app.

Meetings that switch language

There is no language to set. A sentence that starts in Hindi and ends in English is the normal case, and the minutes can be written in any of 110 languages.

Evidence, not adjectives

How accurate is it?

We don't publish an accuracy percentage. Vendor percentages come from clean test audio and tell you little about your own meetings. Instead we run blind head-to-heads: the same real meeting goes through MeetNotes and another tool, both product names are removed, and the outputs are scored without the judge knowing which is which. We publish every result, including the rows we lose. Try it on your own meeting at the open challenge, and see the results so far.

FAQ

Common questions

What is an AI note taker?

An AI note taker records a meeting, transcribes it, and writes up the notes (a summary, the decisions and the action items) so nobody in the meeting has to type. Most only join video calls. MeetNotes also records meetings held in person, on a phone.

Does MeetNotes need a bot to join my meeting?

Not for in-person meetings: the phone records the room. For Zoom, Google Meet and Teams you choose. The MeetNotes Notetaker joins as a visible participant, or the Mac and Windows app records the call from your computer, with nothing joining.

Is there a free AI note taker?

MeetNotes is free to start: every account includes 100 minutes of recording. After that there are monthly plans in the app, and minute packs that never expire.

Which languages does the note taker understand?

You don't pick a language first. Transcription is strongest in widely spoken languages such as English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Japanese, and in Hindi, Hinglish, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi and Urdu. The minutes can be written in any of 110 languages.

Can I use it on a computer?

Yes. The Mac and Windows app records calls, and every meeting, however it was recorded, can be read, searched and exported at getmeetnotes.com/app.

Where is MeetNotes available?

On the App Store and Google Play worldwide, plus the Mac and Windows app from getmeetnotes.com/download.
