Plans live in the app
If you meet most days, a plan is cheaper than packs: Pro carries 1,000 minutes a month, Max carries 2,000 plus Ask, Summarise and audio import. Both come as monthly or yearly.
We do not print plan prices here. Apple and Google charge you at the price their store shows, in your own currency, and that price is set per country — so any single number on this page would be wrong for most of the people reading it. Open MeetNotes on your phone and the plans screen shows your price before you commit to anything.

Pricing questions
What counts as a minute?
Recording time. A 45-minute meeting uses 45 minutes of your balance. Transcribing, writing the minutes, editing, exporting and sharing cost nothing extra.
Do minute packs expire?
No. Pack minutes stay on your account until you use them. That is a commitment, not a promotion — App Store rules require it of consumable purchases, and we apply it everywhere.
What does a plan cost?
Whatever the App Store or Google Play shows you, in your own currency — that is the price that applies, and it differs by country. Open MeetNotes on your phone and the plans screen shows your price before you commit to anything. We do not quote a figure here because it would be wrong for most of the people reading it.
What is the difference between a plan and a pack?
A plan gives you an allowance of minutes for one billing period, and the allowance resets each period rather than rolling over. A pack is bought once and never expires — pack minutes sit underneath your plan and get used only once the plan allowance runs out. You can hold both.
Are pack prices inclusive of GST?
Yes. The pack and team-pack prices on this page are in Indian rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. Plans bought inside the app are charged by Apple or Google at the price their store displays to you.
How do I cancel a plan?
Manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling before the renewal date stops the next charge, and you keep your minutes for the period you already paid for. Pack minutes are unaffected by cancelling — they are yours either way.
Can I buy for a whole team?
Yes, and it costs the same. A team pack is the same pack at the same price, bought from your team dashboard instead of your own account — the minutes go into one pool everyone in the workspace records against, so you buy once instead of chasing individual reimbursements.
