We do not require a positive review, a particular rating, an app-store review or publication in exchange for evaluation access. Include the limitations you find. Disclose any complimentary access or payment in your coverage. Any paid collaboration or agreed deliverable is discussed separately.

A practical review in five steps

Download a staged test script and answer key. This is a short fictional exercise you can record yourself, not a published benchmark result.

1. Use a staged conversation with everyone’s permission. Include a decision, two tasks, names and numbers.
2. Record the meeting and show your device and recording setup.
3. Check the transcript and minutes against what was actually said. Show misses as well as successes.
4. Export the minutes and show whether the output is useful.
5. State your app version, test date, language and any complimentary access. Link the product so viewers can try it themselves.
