Terms of Use
Last updated 22 Aug 2026
These terms govern your use of the MeetNotes mobile apps and the getmeetnotes.com website ("MeetNotes"), operated by Ultragames Entertainment Private Limited ("we", "us"). By using MeetNotes you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use MeetNotes.
1. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use MeetNotes on devices you own or control, for your own meetings and for your organisation's meetings. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source of MeetNotes, and you may not use it to build a competing service.
2. Your account
You may use MeetNotes without an account. If you sign in — with Apple, Google, or a code sent to your email — you are responsible for keeping access to that email secure, because it is what restores your meetings and purchases on a new device and what signs you in on the web. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
3. Recording consent — your responsibility
MeetNotes records people. Laws on recording conversations differ between countries, and between states within a country. You are solely responsible for obtaining whatever consent or notice the law requires from everyone present before you record, and for complying with any policy your employer or client imposes. We do not, and cannot, obtain that consent for you. Do not use MeetNotes to record anyone covertly where doing so is unlawful.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use MeetNotes to record or process content that is unlawful, that you have no right to record, or that infringes someone else's rights. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent usage limits, or access another user's data. We may suspend an account that does these things.
5. Your content
Your recordings, transcripts and minutes are yours. We claim no ownership of them. You grant us only the limited permission needed to run the service: to store your audio, process it into a transcript and minutes, and deliver those results back to you and to anyone you choose to share them with. We do not use your meetings to train models, and our processing providers are engaged under terms that prohibit them from doing so.
6. Minutes, plans and packs
MeetNotes is free to start; every new account includes 100 minutes of recording.
Packs are one-time purchases of recording minutes. Pack minutes never expire. They remain on your account until you use them.
Plans are auto-renewing subscriptions that grant an allowance of minutes for each billing period. A plan's allowance resets at the start of each period and does not roll over. Plans renew automatically until cancelled.
Team packs are purchased on the web and shared across the members of a team.
7. Billing, renewal and refunds
Purchases made inside the iPhone or Android app are processed by Apple or Google, at the price their store shows you, and are governed by that store's terms. Manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings — cancelling before the renewal date stops the next charge. Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies, not by us.
Purchases made on this website are processed by Razorpay. Prices shown on the website are in Indian rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. For a billing problem with a web purchase, write to support@getmeetnotes.com.
We may change prices. A price change never affects minutes you have already bought.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep MeetNotes running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features. If we discontinue MeetNotes, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your meetings.
9. Accuracy
MeetNotes uses automated speech recognition and language models. Transcripts and minutes will sometimes contain errors — misheard words, a line attributed to the wrong speaker, a decision summarised imprecisely. Review minutes before you rely on them or circulate them, particularly where they record a commitment, a figure, or a decision with legal or financial consequence. MeetNotes is a drafting tool, not a certified record.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
MeetNotes is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for MeetNotes in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Termination
You may stop using MeetNotes at any time and delete your account from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms. Sections 5, 9, 10 and 12 survive termination.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the company's registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
