MeetNotes for Notion

Every meeting,
saved to Notion

Connect MeetNotes to Notion once and a private MeetNotes page appears in your Notion with two tables. In Meetings, every meeting you record becomes a page: the date, the summary, key points, decisions and every to-do as a checkbox, with a link back to the full minutes. In To-dos, every to-do is a row with who it is for and when it is due; tick Done there or in the MeetNotes app and the other one follows. Record in the room with your phone or send the notetaker to a call; it all appears when the minutes are ready.

For: People who keep their work in Notion: project notes, client meetings, team rituals, interviews, research calls

FAQ

Common questions

How do I save meeting notes to Notion automatically?

Connect MeetNotes to Notion once. A private MeetNotes page appears in your Notion sidebar, and from then on every meeting you record is saved there as a page in the Meetings table, with the summary, decisions and to-dos.

Are the to-dos real Notion checkboxes?

Yes. They are checkboxes on each meeting page, and every to-do is also a row in the To-dos table, with who it is for, the due date when one was said, and the meeting it came from.

If I tick a to-do in Notion, is it done in MeetNotes too?

Yes, when you tick Done in the To-dos table. MeetNotes picks it up within about five minutes, and a tick in the app shows in Notion right away. Changing the words of a to-do in Notion does not change it in MeetNotes.

Where does MeetNotes write in my Notion?

Only in its own MeetNotes page, which it makes when you connect. The page is private to you until you share it or move it.

What about meetings I recorded before connecting?

Right after you connect, MeetNotes asks whether to send them too: all your meetings, the ones you choose, or only new meetings from now on. You can also send past meetings later from MeetNotes on the web. Up to 1,000 go at a time, newest first, and a meeting already in Notion is not sent twice.

Does the transcript go to Notion?

The Notion page has the minutes and a link back to MeetNotes, where the full transcript stays.

Can I stop it?

Yes. Turn it off or disconnect Notion in MeetNotes any time. You can also remove MeetNotes from your Notion settings.
