How to get a daily to-do check in ChatGPT or Claude

1. Connect MeetNotes to your assistant: ChatGPT or Claude.
2. In a new chat, ask: "What are my open MeetNotes to-dos due this week?"
3. To see everything still open, dated or not, ask: "List my open MeetNotes to-dos, oldest first."
4. If your assistant can run a prompt on a schedule, set the question from step 2 to run every morning.

Good to know

• The assistant reads the to-dos from your meetings. Tick one off in the app and it drops off the open list.
• A to-do only counts as "due this week" when it has a due date. In the To-dos tab, tap a to-do, then Set due date.
• Not every assistant or plan can run prompts on a schedule. If yours can't, ask the question yourself when you start your day.
• The phone app reminds you too: a to-do with a due date gets a reminder at 9 am that day.
