How to connect MeetNotes to ChatGPT

Open the MeetNotes app in ChatGPT, click Connect and sign in with your MeetNotes email. Then ask ChatGPT about your meetings, decisions and action items.

  1. In ChatGPT, open the MeetNotes app, or search for MeetNotes in ChatGPT's apps.
  2. Click Connect. A MeetNotes page opens.
  3. Sign in with the same email you use for MeetNotes and approve access.
  4. Ask, for example: "Use MeetNotes to find the decisions from my last meeting."

What you can do once connected

Ask what was decided, list open action items with owners, get a meeting's minutes as a PDF or Word file, attach a recording to get a transcript and minutes, or give it a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams link and ask it to send the MeetNotes Notetaker.

Good to know

  • Sending the notetaker or importing audio from the chat spends your minutes, the same as in the app.
  • It can't delete meetings, buy plans or change your balance.
  • To stop access, disconnect MeetNotes in ChatGPT's settings.
  • More connections, including Grok, are on the AI assistants page.
