How to record a meeting on Windows with MeetNotes

1. Get MeetNotes for Windows from the Microsoft Store. It is free.
2. Sign in with the same account you use on your phone.
3. Click the round microphone button, then Record meeting ("In the room, on this computer").
4. Click Stop when the meeting ends. The minutes arrive like any recording.

Good to know

• It is the same account as on iPhone, Android and Mac, so your meetings, to-dos and minutes balance follow you.
• You can't buy minutes inside the Windows app. Buy them in the phone app or at getmeetnotes.com/app/minutes, and they work on your PC straight away.
• For a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams call, the most reliable way is to send the notetaker into the call.
• Put the laptop or microphone near the people talking: the closest voice comes out clearest.
