How to send the MeetNotes notetaker to a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams call

Tap the microphone button, then Online meeting, and paste the meeting link. The MeetNotes Notetaker joins the call, records it and the minutes arrive when it ends.

  1. Copy the Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams meeting link.
  2. In MeetNotes, tap the round microphone button in the middle of the bottom bar, then Online meeting ("Send the notetaker to Meet, Zoom or Teams").
  3. Paste the link and send the notetaker.
  4. In the call, the host admits MeetNotes Notetaker from the waiting room or lobby if asked.
  5. The minutes arrive when the call ends. The notetaker leaves on its own after everyone else has left.

Good to know

  • It joins as a visible participant named "MeetNotes Notetaker", so everyone can see it.
  • Your computer doesn't need to be on. It works if you join from a phone, a computer, or not at all.
  • It hears only the call, not people sitting in the room with you. For a room, record with the phone.
  • It uses minutes from your account, and the meeting lands with the rest of your meetings.
  • If you connected your calendar, the Calendar tab shows upcoming calls with a Send notetaker button.
