How to record a meeting on a Mac with MeetNotes

1. Get MeetNotes for Mac from the Mac App Store.
2. Sign in with the same account you use on your phone.
3. Click the round microphone button, then Record meeting ("In the room, on this computer"), or press ⌘R.
4. Click Stop when the meeting ends. The minutes arrive like any recording.

Good to know

• It is the same account as on iPhone and Android, so your meetings, to-dos and minutes balance follow you.
• For a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams call, the most reliable way is to send the notetaker into the call.
• On Windows, MeetNotes is coming to the Microsoft Store. Until then, use the web app.
