How it works

One recording in,
minutes of meeting out

No bots joining calls, no one taking notes instead of talking. MeetNotes is built for meetings that happen in rooms.

00:00

Record on your phone

Place your phone on the table and press record. It captures the whole room — no mic setup, no recorder device, no one taking notes instead of talking.

58:40

Transcript with speaker names

When the meeting ends, you get the full conversation with each speaker labelled — who said what, minute by minute, even when the room switches between Hindi and English mid-sentence.

+2 min

Minutes, as PDF or Word

The minutes of meeting are written for you: summary, key takeaways, decisions, and action items with owners. Edit them in the app, then share the PDF or Word file on WhatsApp or email.

Languages

Built for how meetings
actually sound

Real meetings are not tidy. People switch language mid-sentence, talk over each other, and use words no dictionary has. There is no language to pick before you record: MeetNotes transcribes what the room actually speaks and treats code-switching as normal rather than an edge case — Spanish and English in one breath, Arabic and French, Hindi and English. Your minutes then come out in whichever of 110 languages you want to circulate, whatever the room spoke.

Why no hardware

The recorder you
already carry

Dedicated AI recorder devices sell for ₹17,000–21,000 in India — and they are one more thing to charge, carry and not forget in a cab. Your phone's microphone is already excellent at recording a room. MeetNotes does the rest.

Self · also a voice journal

Talk to yourself,
stay organised

MeetNotes isn't only for rooms full of people. Tap Self and think out loud — a voice note to yourself becomes a tidy page of to-dos, reminders, ideas and decisions, sorted automatically. One voice only, yours, private to you.

Talk

Just say it

"Call the CA Friday… aur ek idea — packaging pe QR code…" — say it however it comes, any language, no structure needed.

Sorted

It files itself

To-dos, reminders with dates, ideas and decisions each land in their own section — a diary that organises itself while you talk.

Managed

One place for your head

Tick off to-dos, set reminders, revisit ideas weeks later. Your self notes live in your own private space in the app.

For business

Minutes for your whole team —
or inside your own product

MeetNotes runs in teams, not just pockets. Shared workspaces keep every site visit, sales call and review in one place with a common pool of minutes — and if you build software, the same engine is available as a Partner API under your own product's name.

Open challenge

Don't take our word
for it. Take your audio.

Record one real meeting. Run it through MeetNotes and through whatever you use today. Strip both product names off, paste them into whichever AI assistant you already trust, and let it judge blind. We publish the head-to-heads we lose, and we send 200 free minutes either way. The first result is up.

FAQ

Questions people ask
before their first recording

Is MeetNotes free?

You start free with 100 minutes of recording included. After that there are paid plans and minute packs that never expire, available inside the app.

Which languages does it support?

There is no language to set for the recording — MeetNotes transcribes whatever the room actually speaks, including meetings that switch language mid-sentence. Your minutes can then be written in 110 languages, from English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Arabic, Japanese, Chinese and Korean to Swahili, Yoruba, Vietnamese, Turkish, Polish and Hindi, Hinglish, Tamil, Bengali and Urdu.

Do I need a recorder device or any other hardware?

No. MeetNotes needs nothing but your phone. There is no gadget to buy, pair, charge or carry — that is the point.

How are the minutes shared?

Every meeting produces a PDF and an editable Word file, straight from the app. Send them on WhatsApp or email like any other file — the people you send them to do not need an account. If you would rather work on a bigger screen, you can also sign in at getmeetnotes.com/app and read, search and export the same meetings there.

Can I read my meetings on a computer?

Yes. Sign in at getmeetnotes.com/app with the same email you use in the app. It is the same account: your meetings, search, tasks, folders and exports, on any browser. Recording still happens on the phone.

Can I use MeetNotes as a voice journal or diary?

Yes — that's what Self mode is for. Record a voice note to yourself and it comes back organised into to-dos, reminders, ideas and decisions, all in a private space only you see. It works in every language meetings do.

Is my meeting audio private?

You control the recording — it starts and stops only when you say so. Audio is uploaded securely for the sole purpose of generating your transcript and minutes, and you can delete a meeting and its data whenever you want. Nothing is shared unless you share it.

Your next meeting can write its own minutes

Free to start — 100 minutes of recording included. Paid plans and minute packs that never expire.
