AI scribe for doctors

Look at the patient.
The notes
write themselves.

MeetNotes works as an AI scribe for OPD consultations. Record the consultation on your phone, choose the OPD consultation format, and get notes under the headings doctors use: complaints, history, examination findings, diagnosis as you stated it, investigations, medicines, advice, follow-up, and every question the patient or relatives asked with your answer. Patients can speak their own language. It records only what was said and never adds advice.

For: Doctors in OPD and private practice, surgeons dictating OT notes, dentists, physiotherapists and clinics

In practice

Built for a busy OPD

The patient's own language

There is no language to set. A patient describing symptoms in Hindi, Gujarati or a mix is transcribed as spoken, and the notes are written in the language you choose, from 110.

A record to share

Export the notes as PDF or Word to file, hand to the patient, or send with a referral.

Kept out of AI assistants

Consultations in the medical formats are withheld from AI-assistant connections to your account by default.

Recording can be auto-deleted

Turn on auto-delete and the audio is removed after processing; the written notes stay. Any consultation can be deleted permanently.

What it is not

MeetNotes is a note-taking tool. It is not a medical device or a diagnostic aid and gives no clinical advice. Transcripts can contain errors, so review the notes before they enter a patient record. You are responsible for the patient's consent to recording and for the confidentiality rules that apply to your practice. If your practice is bound by a specific health-data law, such as HIPAA in the US, contact support@getmeetnotes.com before recording patients.

FAQ

Common questions

What is an AI medical scribe?

A tool that listens to a consultation and writes up the notes, so the doctor can talk to the patient instead of typing. MeetNotes does this from a phone recording and produces notes in an OPD consultation format.

Is MeetNotes a medical device?

No. It is a note-taking tool, not a medical device or diagnostic aid. It records what was said and never adds advice. Review the notes before they enter a patient record.

Can patients speak in Hindi or another language?

Yes. The consultation is transcribed as spoken, including mixed languages, and the notes are written in the language you choose.

Who can see a recorded consultation?

Only the account that recorded it, unless you explicitly share it. Any recording can be deleted permanently from the app.
