How to turn a WhatsApp voice note into text and notes

On Android, share the voice note from WhatsApp straight to MeetNotes. On iPhone, save it to Files first, then upload it. You get a transcript and notes.

On Android

  1. In WhatsApp, long-press the voice note or audio.
  2. Tap Share, then choose MeetNotes.
  3. Each voice note becomes its own transcript and notes. You can share several at once.

On iPhone

  1. In WhatsApp, long-press the voice note, tap Forward, then the share icon, and save it to the Files app.
  2. Open MeetNotes, tap the microphone button, then Upload a file, and pick it.

Even quicker: send it to MeetNotes on WhatsApp

Forward the voice note to MeetNotes on WhatsApp at +91 80 3145 2999 and the notes come back in the same chat. See using MeetNotes inside WhatsApp.

WhatsApp voice notes are OPUS or OGG files, which MeetNotes accepts. Long recordings work too, up to 300 MB, with every speaker labelled.
