- In the app, open Settings, then WhatsApp messages, and tap Connect WhatsApp.
- WhatsApp opens with a short code already typed. Tap Send.
- Send or forward a voice note or audio file to that chat.
- The notes come back in the same chat when they are ready, usually in a few minutes.
What you can ask in the chat
- "my to-dos" for your open to-dos
- "last meeting" for the notes of your last meeting
- "tasks from the budget meeting" for one meeting's tasks
- "minutes left" for your balance
Big files
A voice note or audio message can be up to 16 MB. Send a bigger file as a Document (paperclip, then Document), up to 100 MB. For anything bigger, the chat sends you a link to upload it.
Good to know
- Messages in the chat are free. Making notes from a recording uses your minutes as usual.
- Not connected yet? The first recording you send, up to 30 minutes, is made into notes free. Connect to keep it and get the PDF.
- MeetNotes also works on Telegram at @GetMeetNotesBot.
