How to share meeting minutes as a PDF or Word file

Open the meeting, tap Share, then PDF or Word. Choose what goes in (summary, action items, transcript) and send it on WhatsApp, email or any app.

  1. Open the meeting.
  2. Tap Share. The "Share this meeting" sheet opens.
  3. Tap PDF for a ready-to-send file, or Word for one you can edit first. (The sheet puts the options you use most on top, so the order can change.)
  4. Tick what goes in, for example the summary, action items or the full transcript.
  5. Tap Share PDF (or Share Word file) and pick WhatsApp, email or any other app.

Good to know

  • The full transcript is not ticked by default, to keep the file short. Tick Full transcript if you want every word.
  • Hold the PDF or Word tile to save the file to your phone instead of sharing it.
  • The people you send it to don't need MeetNotes.
  • On the web at getmeetnotes.com/app you can also download Markdown.
