How to send meeting minutes on WhatsApp

Open the meeting, tap Share, and send the PDF to a WhatsApp chat, or share the minutes as a plain WhatsApp message with no attachment.

Open the meeting and tap Share.
Tap PDF, then Share PDF, and pick WhatsApp and the chat or group.
Or choose WhatsApp ("The minutes as a message, no attachment") to send the minutes as a plain message.

Get your minutes on WhatsApp automatically

Connect WhatsApp in Settings and switch on Send my minutes on WhatsApp when they're ready. See WhatsApp messages from MeetNotes.
