How to change the language of your minutes and transcript

In Settings, under Recording, set Minutes language and Transcript language. For Indian languages, minutes can also be written in English letters.

  1. Tap your picture at the top of the screen, then Settings.
  2. Under Recording, tap Minutes language and pick the language your minutes, tasks and PDFs should be written in.
  3. Tap Transcript language to choose how the transcript is written.
  4. Your next meetings use these settings.

Good to know

  • You never choose the spoken language before recording. MeetNotes works out what the room speaks, including meetings that switch language mid-sentence.
  • For Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia and Urdu, minutes can be written in English letters (like "kaam ho gaya") instead of the native script.
  • To change one meeting only, use View in another language.
