- Open the Calendar tab and tap Connect calendar.
- Tap your picture at the top of the screen, then Settings.
- Under Connections, switch on Meeting reminders.
- Tap Reminder time and choose how many minutes before the meeting.
- When the reminder comes, tap it to start recording. For an online meeting, it offers to send the notetaker instead.
How to get a reminder to record before each meeting
