How to share a meeting as a link (with private details hidden)

1. Open the meeting and tap Share.
2. Tap Share a client-safe link (it may show as the Client-safe link tile).
3. Choose how long the link should work: No expiry, 7 days or 30 days.
4. Send the link with WhatsApp, email or any app. The person opens it in a browser and doesn't need MeetNotes.

Choose the words to hide

Emails, phone numbers and amounts are hidden for you. To hide other words too, such as a client's name, go to Settings, then Accuracy, then Words to hide when sharing.

Good to know

• Only you can create links for your meetings.
• Deleting the meeting stops its links working.
