Why is my meeting locked, and how do I unlock it?
A meeting is locked when your minutes ran out. It is still processed and kept safe. Open it and tap Unlock this meeting.
- Open the locked meeting (it shows a lock).
- Tap Unlock this meeting. If your balance is short, it offers a pack that covers it.
- With two or more locked meetings, the Meetings list shows a card to Unlock all locked meetings at once.
Good to know
- Locked meetings are not lost. They wait until you add minutes.
- Need minutes without paying? Invite a friend and you both get free minutes.
- A locked meeting is left out of combined exports until it is unlocked.
