How to set up MeetNotes for a team (shared minutes)
Create a team in Teams, share the join code with colleagues, and everyone records against one shared pool of minutes, with meetings shared to the team.
Tap your picture at the top of the screen, then Settings. Under More, tap Teams.
Create a New team and give it a name.
Share the team's join code. Anyone with the code can join.
Share meetings to the team, and record against the team's shared minutes.
