How to save every meeting to Google Drive

Turn on "Save copies to my Google Drive" and connect your Drive. Each meeting's minutes and recording are saved to a MeetNotes folder in your Drive.

  1. Tap your picture at the top of the screen, then Settings.
  2. Under Connections, tap Save copies to my Google Drive.
  3. Tap Connect Google Drive and allow access.
  4. Choose whether to start from now, and how files are arranged under Folders and file names: a folder for each day, the same folders as in MeetNotes, or both.
  5. New meetings are saved to the MeetNotes folder in your Drive.

Good to know

  • You need to be signed in.
  • You can have MeetNotes ask which folder a meeting belongs in after each meeting.
  • Turn it off any time with Stop saving to Google Drive.
