I bought minutes but they haven't appeared

1. Check you are signed in with the same account you bought with.
2. Open Buy minutes and tap Restore. MeetNotes checks with the App Store or Google Play and brings back what you bought.
3. Or open Settings and pull down to refresh.

Still missing?

Minutes usually land within a minute. If they still haven't after you restored, email support@getmeetnotes.com with the email on your account and the store receipt, and we'll sort it out.
