My recording didn't upload
It is kept safe on your phone. It shows at the top of the Meetings list as "Recording not uploaded yet". Tap it to upload when you're back online.
- Open the Meetings tab. The recording is at the top: "Recording not uploaded yet — Saved on this phone".
- Connect to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
- Tap the recording to upload it.
Good to know
- Uploads carry on with the screen off. You'll see "MeetNotes is uploading" in your notifications.
- If it says "Ready — sign in to open", sign in and it opens.
- Don't delete the app while a recording is waiting to upload. The recording is only on the phone until it uploads.
