Invite a friend
Open MeetNotes and find your referral code under You. You and your friend each receive 30 bonus minutes after your friend signs in, applies your code and completes their first recording. A person can redeem one referral code and cannot use their own. The app shows the current offer.
Contribute a test recording
Tell us your language, recording idea, approximate duration and number of speakers. Useful, original speech matters more than length. Start with a staged or non-sensitive conversation whose participants are willing to take part.
Do not attach audio yet. We first agree eligibility, the reward, permissions and a suitable transfer method. Other-app transcripts can be useful if you have permission to provide them; they are comparison outputs, not the reference answer.
Permission for private evaluation is separate from permission to publish audio, transcripts or excerpts. Do not send patient records, privileged client conversations, confidential employer meetings, children's recordings or someone else's podcast.
Any agreed reward is for an accepted contribution, whether MeetNotes performs better or worse. We do not reward only favourable comparisons.
Join a feedback session
Apply with your device, language and the workflow you want to test. Selected sessions can earn minutes for completing an agreed task and giving detailed, honest feedback. Criticism is welcome. A public review is not required.
Creators, podcasters and business partners
Propose an original demonstration, a detailed customer story or a relevant partnership. We agree any access, reward, deliverable and publication permission individually. Complimentary access and rewarded promotions must be disclosed. Website sponsorship links must be appropriately marked; we do not pay for ranking links.
How applications work
- Send a short application. The buttons open an email draft for you to send.
- We review fit and availability, then confirm any allowance, requirements and timing in writing.
- Complete only the agreed contribution. Credits follow verification; applying or uploading does not automatically earn minutes.
Opportunities are limited and may vary by language and project. We do not guarantee acceptance or an immediate response. There is no unlimited earning offer. No reward is provided for App Store, Google Play or Google reviews and ratings, or for likes and follows.
