Your meetings are Zoom meetings and everyone is licensed. The summary is produced by the product you are already in, with nothing to invite and nothing to install.
You want the recording, transcript and summary to stay in your company's Zoom cloud, with admin settings, passcodes, link expiry and domain-restricted sharing — and Zoom states it does not use your audio, video or chat to train its or third-party AI models.
You want smart recording extras around the call: highlights, chapters, next steps and talk-time analytics for a team that lives in Zoom.
Where they fit: For a team whose meetings really are Zoom meetings, AI Companion is hard to argue with: it is already there, it needs no second tool, the output stays in your own Zoom cloud under your admin's controls, and its meeting summary covers 32 languages including Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Zoom also has an in-person voice recorder in its mobile app now. That is a broad offer, and where your meetings are on Zoom and in one of those languages, it is the simpler choice.
